For all recruitment requests, please complete the New Hire Requisition Form (link above). Please provide us 2 weeks’ notice of a new hire. This will ensure that the McMaster email and Mac ID are set up prior to the start date, and will help to exceed employee experience expectations.

Payroll Process
- Hourly employees are required to upload their bi-weekly timesheets to the specified folder. Hours received after the deadline will NOT be processed for the missed pay period. For assistance completing the timesheet, please see the Sample Bi-weekly timesheet (PDF).
